Privacy Notice
How this website handles your personal information, where it is stored and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you complete a profile, enquiry or quotation form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, vehicle preferences and message. Saved vehicles, quotation records and documents you upload may also contain information associated with you. Please provide only what is needed for your vehicle enquiry, and do not enter passwords, identity documents or bank account details.
How information is used
Website records support saved vehicle preferences, enquiry details and quotation history. A limited activity history records searches, vehicle views and enquiry or quotation actions. It does not include contact details in those activity entries. Campaign labels in a page address may be attached to an enquiry to identify how you found the website. If you contact Maztaz directly, the information you share can be used to respond to your request and discuss your vehicle requirements.
Information retention
Vehicle search requests and enquiries submitted through vehicle search are recorded to support your request and help you return to your results. Saved vehicles, enquiries and quotations associated with your account are kept by Maztaz so you can return to them after signing in. Clearing browser data does not remove enquiries already submitted, files you have downloaded or information sent by email or WhatsApp. Contact Maztaz to request access, correction or deletion of information you have submitted, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
Access and security
Search results are associated with your browser session. Protect access to your device, especially when using a shared browser. Avoid entering sensitive personal information. Exported files may contain personal information and should be kept private and deleted when no longer needed.
Searches and external services
Vehicle search criteria are sent to a website server endpoint that requests information from the vehicle listing provider. Exchange-rate requests retrieve published information from FNB. These requests do not require your name, email address or phone number. External images and services may receive technical connection information, such as your IP address, when your browser loads their content.
Links to WhatsApp, map services and other websites take you to services governed by their own privacy notices. Information you choose to send through those services is handled under their privacy policies. Review their privacy terms before sharing personal information.
Your privacy choices
You can browse vehicle information without providing contact details, choose not to complete forms and remove locally stored records by clearing this website's data in your browser settings. If you have shared information directly with Maztaz, you can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to any applicable record-keeping requirements.
Optional website measurement helps us understand which pages and vehicles are useful. You can turn it off for this browser without affecting your account or enquiries. We also respect Global Privacy Control.
